Easily manage and search your business Connections (suppliers and customers).
Each "Connection" or contact has its own Journal section where endless notes can
be kept.
A summary list of past/current invoices is seen for each customer that allows
you to act on each one.

Data Management
Truly easy backups promote data safety making it possible to create backups
instantly in multiple locations.
Data output and backup folder locations can be managed through a simple Settings
dialog.
Send Backups to CD (InCD), DVD (InCD), Memory Cards, Thumb drives (USB), network
drives, etc...
Your data can be
exported to a standard text format. This helps facilitate connecting with
