Known Support Issues (Bugs) for Nevitium 1.5.X

Visual Defects

You may experience missing graphics or interface elements when Google Chrome (web browser) is open behind Nevitium.  The reason for this behavior is unknown at this time and will not be fixed.  Minimizing Chrome will stop the visual defects.  This also happens under other circumstances.  It may be video drivers on my machine causing the problem, still unknown.

COGS Report

Some users have experienced problems trying to build COGS reports.  The screen asking you to wait appears and no report is generated.  They reportedly have to CTRL+ALT+DEL and shutdown/restart Nevitium to continue use.  As of Mar 27th 2010 I'm trying to reproduce this error but so far have not been able to.

UPDATE: June 26th 2010, All versions of Nevitium 1.5.0 - 1.5.4 fail to build a Sales/COGS report when any day in the date range for the report contains ONLY voided invoices.  Fix forthcoming in release 1.5.5.  Contact tech support to get a tentative version 1.5.5 sent to you immediately.
