Why is this software free?
Real Freeware never requires anything of the users.

My software is provided free to reach the most amount of people possible. Another reason is I like taking business from companies that offer expensive inferior products that are not designed for the customer.  My mission is to create software of extremely high quality and offer it at no cost to small businesses.  I will eventually try to make money with services and add-ons that provide extreme value to the customer.

Now I realize that some people "want someone to blame" so they prefer not to use free or even inexpensive products.  The truth is, you have relinquished your rights to complain when you clicked Accept at the license screen, you just didn't read it.  All software is disclaimed, period.  All "commercial" software is equal to Freeware in what rights you have in redress when it fries your data or ruins your business.  If companies had to ensure the safety of software there would be no software.

Nevitium is free and ultimately possible because of all the software that has been distributed freely for decades.
