Nevitium Support

Priority support for Nevitium is available through email for a small fee.  Non-priority support is offered for free.  All support is handled through software@datavirtue.com

You get priority attention from the lead developer, from someone who knows the software inside out.  Your support payment also spurs development and leads to better software updates.

After you send payment we will treat your email inquiries as priority; they will be answered as soon as possible by the lead developer. 

Emails are answered twice a day seven days a week, once in the morning and once late at night.

Single Incident

The Single Incident Support covers one issue or question.

Twelve Incident

The Twelve Incident option allows one incident per month for one year. 

Data Conversion

The Data Conversion option is used to get inventory or contact data from other sources converted into Nevitium. (Contact us before purchasing this option.)

Donation

For those who like Nevitium and would like to help offset development costs they can send a small donation.

Payment Details

You can pay with a credit card, bank account or PayPal account (All of the payment options are processed through PayPal although you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card or bank account).  Those outside the US need to use PayPal to convert currencies.  PayPal allows you to select the currency when sending payment. (Small fees may be incurred when PayPal converts the currency.) 

If we cannot help you your money will be promptly refunded without hassle.
